We very much believe in listening to our customers and using their feedback to establish what matters to you. We like to liaise with our customers on a regular basis to find out exactly what makes them choose certain venues over others and also to find out how we can help them further. Lots of factors come in to the choices that you make; Comfort, Price, Locality, Convenience, Facilities and Rewards.

This allows us to build up strong relationships with our clients, many of which return to us on a regular basis. In order to thank them for their loyalty, we now offer a rewards scheme, which allows the client to receive cash/vouchers for each event they hold with us.

Accommodation

For every bed night that you send to us at your agreed rate, we will pay you £1.00. This will be calculated on a quarterly basis and at the end of each quarter we will simply need you to send us a list of everyone who has stayed with us and we will send you high street vouchers of your choice.

Conferences and Events

Whether it’s an annual sales conference for 200 people or a weekly meeting for 5 delegates, we will calculate how much you have spent with us and for every £500.00 you spend we will pay you £10.00 in the vouchers of your choice. This can be calculated on a quarterly, 6 monthly or annual basis.

The amount you can earn is limitless and the scheme is available to anyone, there really is no catch. All we ask you to do is keep a record of what you send to us and make sure you quote your company name and agreed rate – where applicable – when booking.


Terms and Conditions

Only 1 person within the organisation will be eligible for the scheme. Should the company wish to appoint more than one person, the value of the vouchers will be divided equally between those involved.
1 bed night is equal to £1.00. A single ‘bed night’ is defined as a double or single room for double or single occupancy, based on Bed & Breakfast or dinner, Bed & breakfast.
The vouchers can be chosen from the following: M&S, Debenhams, House of Fraser, Waterstones, Sainsburys, TK MAXX, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins or Burtons Menswear.
The booker of the rooms is responsible for keeping an accurate record of business sent to the Hotel. This will be requested on a quarterly basis & checked by the Hotel. Each Reservation to qualify for the ‘bed night’ reward must be confirmed on Company Headed Paper via fax, or from a company email address.
Cancelled reservations will not apply.
The Hotel’s Decision is final.
The scheme is only eligible to bookings that are non-commissionable or commissioned through an agent.

This scheme will run until March 2010, where a review will be made and a decision reached whether the scheme is to continue.
